Rental Terms and Conditions

Once the renters requirements have been confirmed through email, a non-refundable deposit equal to one days rental must be paid online to confirm the booking.

The user accepts  the equipment hired out to them and accepts full responsibility for the care of this equipment.

The user understands that bicycling is a hazardous activity. He/She understand that the sport of bicycling and the use of this equipment involve a risk of injury to any and all parts of the user's body. He/ she hereby agree to freely and expressly assume and accept any risks and all injury to the user of this equipment while bicycling. He/She understand that bicycle helmet is required, but does not eliminate the risk and may not reduce the risk of injury in the event of an accident.

The user agrees that they will release Lamb Sports EURL, and its members, directors, officers, employees, agents, and/or partners from any and all responsibility of liability for injuries or damages to the user of the equipment listed on this form or to any other person.

The equipment, at all times, remains the exclusive property of Lamb Sports EURL. The user is responsible for damage to or loss of the equipment. If the equipment is lost, destroyed or damaged beyond repair in the judgment of Lamb Sports, EURL, the renter agrees to pay Lamb Sports, EURL the value of the bicycle. All repairs needed as a result of the use of the equipment will be performed at the normal  labor rates and the cost of such repairs, including all parts, shall be paid by the renter. The user will have to complete a Rental Reservation and Waiver form on collection of equipment, which will include the users Credit Card details to be used to pay for any damages sustained to the bicycle while in the renters possession.
