How to Book
If you have already contacted us and confirmed availability, you can pay your deposit here. Please do not pay a deposit until bikes have been confirmed with us.
Alternatively please drop us a line (info@cyclehuez.com) or use the form below, to check availability and discuss any requirements (such as delivery and early pick up). We aim to respond within 24hrs to confirm your requirements and the costs.
Our rates are per calendar day but it is sometimes possible for you to pick up the bikes at the end of the day before your rental date - ask us about this at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate. There is no additional charge for this service
LA MARMOTTE and TRIATHLON weeks: 4 day minimum rental period.
GETTING SET ON THE BIKE
Our qualified in house mechanic checks over each and every bike before it goes out, setting you up on the bike to ensure a correct fit. Should you encounter any mechanical issues or if you want to make any adjustments during your rental period you can bring your bike in for a once-over anytime or we will come to you if required. All bikes are supplied with a saddle bag containing a spare tube and tyre levers, 2 bottle cages and a pump on the frame.
Although most people bring their own, we do have a limited number of helmets and pedals available, so please let us know if these are needed at the time of booking. Standard flat pedals with straps can also be supplied.

To finalise a reservation we ask you to pay a deposit equivalent to one days rental, payable through this site. The deposit is refundable up to 1 month prior to your start date. When you collect the bike, you will also be required to complete our reservation form, agreeing to the terms and conditions and including your Credit Card as guarantee against any eventual damage.
